Bookings & Payments

Securing your Dream Play date

A few simple details about deposits, payments and cancellations before your booking is confirmed.

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your event. This helps ensure everything is ready for your celebration.
If you choose to cancel your booking, the 30% booking deposit is non-refundable. This is because your date has been reserved specifically for your event.
No. Sending an enquiry allows us to discuss your event and check availability, but your date is only secured once the required 30% booking deposit has been received.
Full booking conditions are available in our Booking & Hire Terms and Conditions . These terms apply when you proceed with a confirmed booking.
Outdoor Hire & Safety

Keeping every celebration fun, comfortable and safe

Safety will always come first when setting up and using Dream Play equipment. Here are the main things to know before your event.

Yes. Outdoor bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. Inflatables and equipment will not be set up or used where conditions could make the hire unsafe, including high winds, heavy rain or unsuitable ground conditions.
Safety will always take priority. Where possible, Dream Play Events will work with you to explore an indoor alternative or another suitable solution if weather conditions affect your booking.
Yes. Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using Dream Play equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their venue has suitable space and access for the equipment booked, along with any permission required by the venue. If you are unsure, send over your venue details when enquiring so the setup can be discussed.
Yes. Any safety and usage instructions provided by Dream Play Events must be followed throughout the hire. These are in place to help everyone enjoy the equipment safely.

Safety always comes first.

Dream Play Events is fully insured and its inflatables are PIPA certified. If conditions or a venue are not suitable for safe use, equipment will not be installed or operated until a safe alternative can be agreed.

Equipment Care & Hire Responsibilities

Helping us keep everything beautiful and ready for the next celebration

Our equipment is carefully looked after between events, and we simply ask that customers help us take care of it while it is being enjoyed.

We understand that normal use can sometimes result in small signs of wear. However, deliberate damage or damage caused by misuse may result in an additional charge.
If equipment requires excessive cleaning following a hire, an additional cleaning charge may apply. We simply ask that the equipment is treated with care throughout the event.
Customers are responsible for helping ensure Dream Play equipment is used appropriately during the hire period. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult and all safety and usage instructions provided by Dream Play Events should be followed.
The guidance provided is there to keep little guests safe, protect the equipment and help ensure every customer receives the same high standard of Dream Play setup for their celebration.
We want everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Dream Play Events is based in Swindon and covers surrounding areas. Send over your venue or event location when enquiring so availability for your area can be confirmed.
Yes. Selected packages and party extras can be personalised around your child’s name, chosen theme, colours and celebration ideas. Personalisation options can be discussed when you enquire.
Yes. Selected soft play, inflatables, the Balloon House and party extras can be combined to create a larger, coordinated celebration setup.
Yes. Bespoke packages are available on request, so you can ask about mixing selected soft play, inflatables and party extras to create a setup that works for your celebration. Bespoke combinations are subject to availability and venue suitability.
